A face as transparent as a bowl of water reveals what usually remains hidden: inside the mind swims a ferocious fish, made of impulses, anger, and words as sharp as teeth.
The plug between the lips is a fragile attempt to contain that inner monster before it comes out and bites someone.
The drawing speaks to the moment before the word, that tiny yet powerful instant in which we can choose whether to let instinct scream or breathe and filter what we say.
It shows that often the real danger is not outside, but within us: an uncontrolled thought can turn into an invisible bite that hurts more than a slap.
It is a simple and direct invitation—almost ironic in its form—to put a stopper on impulsiveness, because a few seconds of awareness are enough to avoid wounds that then linger.
After all, words don't have teeth... but they can bite very well.
